Our Top Wellness Podcasts & Apps for 2024

It’s Mental Health Awareness Week. A stark reminder to all of us to stop, breathe and listen to our minds. Check in on friends, colleagues and loved ones but above all else ask yourself the question “Are you OK?”

For so many of us life runs at supersonic speed and for founders in particular the pressure of starting a business alongside everything else that life throws at you, can often have huge implications for your mental health.

This week the SMT team has curated a list of our favourite podcasts and apps to boost mental well-being. The following are packed with practical tips, mindfulness techniques, and inspiring stories. Dive into our top picks and discover a new audio companion to brighten your day!
