Podcasts for good mental health

  1. Happy Place

Apps for mindfulness and meditation

This app has a large variety of meditations, with guided sessions for beginners and less-structured programming for more-advanced practitioners.

This app offers guided and unguided meditations that focus on relaxing in general and keeping steady in tough times.
