Alex

Marketing & Social Media

Alex has experience in sales, marketing, social media, hospitality and events. Following two years in Vietnam teaching English as a second language she began freelancing as a copywriter to allow her the freedom to work and travel. Alex joined SpareMyTime to work on a wider variety of projects and to expand her skillset and knowledge.  Alex is adept at crafting language and finding a brand’s voice. She has recently completed a Masters in Linguistics.

Amy

Executive Admin, Dubsado specialist & Website builds

Amy has worked as a personal assistant for over 15 years in both corporate and private capacities. Past experience includes 10 years at The Walt Disney Company as the Executive Assistant to the President, and 4 years as assistant to an UHNW family.  She is calm, a great communicator and trustworthy, as well as having a great eye for detail, proficient problem solving and organisational skills.

Amy is based in London. She joined the team in 2019.

Caroline has a passion for storytelling, and a flair for writing. She is motivated, organised and confident with a depth of experience, having set up and run her own theatre company. An excellent communicator, Caroline is able to work with tact and diplomacy, but always with a sense of humour. A fast learner and a team player who keeps her calm in high pressure situations.

Camilla is an experienced marketer who has supported a variety of businesses in the health / wellness, travel and lifestyle sectors with her expertise in digital marketing, social media, content creation, copywriting, events & project management. She recently relocated from Australia where she lived for 13 years and where she co-founded her own lifestyle brand alongside her husband – a consciously made, small batch perfume line, celebrating the flora of Australia. She brings to the team a wealth of skills and ideas to help grow our client’s businesses.

Having worked for several publications such as Tatler Magazine and Vanity Fair, Celia has undertaken a diverse range of roles from commissioning features to organising events. From 2020 she focused her attention on supporting business with email marketing/newsletters, blog posts, social media & website build. Celia is adaptable and creative, overcoming challenges with a tenacious and questioning approach.

Online Business Manager, Marketing & Social Media

Clemmie has a diverse skillset having worked across several industries including fashion  & retail, media, communications and finance.  Before joining SpareMyTime she worked for a well-respected fashion start-up based in London, overseeing a number of projects for the brand.  Her experience working as an account manager for a luxury travel PR firm means she is adept at working to tight deadlines and juggling several projects at a time.  Attentive to her client’s needs, Clemmie is very focused on a proactive in her approach to work and loves taking on new challenges. She holds the IMC Certification & LSE MBA Essentials Certification.

Eithne gained a wealth of experience organising Corporate Roadshows for large businesses and their investors for 16 years in London & New York. Eithne is an astute organiser with the capacity to plan and prioritise tasks where necessary to achieve deadlines set. When she is not working Eithne enjoys strolls along the beach with family and her dog.

Eithne is based in Brighton. She joined the team in 2022.

Fiona is a hard-working and innovative individual with over 10 years’ experience in executive assistant, managerial and administrative roles.  Having worked in the Financial Services team at Korn Ferry, supporting the Commodities Practice, she is familiar with all elements of executive support and exposure to C-Suite. She is a consistent team player, capable of building strong relationships with others, while maintaining independence and the ability to work well alone.  Fiona is energetic, patient and calm with a ‘can-do’ attitude and ability to hit the ground running.

She has many years experience working closely with business owners to manage their admin and marketing tasks including emails, copywriting, social media and content creation. Kate is a bright and personable project manager with a background in executive assistance within family office environments, blue chip companies & media agencies. Before joining SpareMyTime, Kate worked for a high-end property construction business in SW London where she managed a range of activities from property management and maintenance to negotiation and procurement, client liaison, coordination of teams and budget oversight.

Kate is currently based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. She joined the team in 2022

Leigh-Anne joined SpareMyTime in 2020, has a wealth of experience working with small businesses and individuals and is highly skilled across several disciplines.  She works actively both on client accounts and in the daily running of SpareMyTime. Leigh-Anne is very organised, creative and has a great eye for detail.  Her aim is to leave her clients feeling calm and in control.

Lisa has worked for 18 years in the City at various Investment Banks working alongside traders in middle office operational roles.  She decided to study AAT in her spare time as she loves numbers.  Lisa is familiar with the strains that face small businesses and freelancers when juggling work and the operational demands of running finances.  

Lisa is based in London. She joined the team in 2020.

Marketing & Social Media

Lizzie specialises in email marketing, bringing 15 years’ experience creating email campaigns for large and small companies including 10 years in the corporate world for travel and live entertainment brands including Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. Her skills include creating, writing and designing email templates and newsletters, building automated email campaigns, integrating email platforms with websites, analysing campaign results to make the next emails even better, and just about anything else marketing related.

Lizzie is based in Norfolk. She joined the team in 2021.

Bookkeeper

Marie-Claire is a qualified Chartered Accountant with bookkeeping experience gained both in leading practices and industry, including a number of start-ups in London.  Marie-Claire qualified into corporate tax at BDO, later moving to Grant Thornton.  She took a 5-year career break to embrace having children and returned to finance support roles in 2016.  

Marie-Claire joined the team in 2021.

Rose has worked as a PA for prestigious business and personal clients for around 20 years. She has a wide variety of experience including research, calendar management, organising events, expenses management, travel itineraries, purchasing and project management. Rose is highly organised and a natural multi-tasker able to give a high level of support to her clients.

Rose is currently based out of Amsterdam and joined the team in 2023.

Rosie joined SpareMyTime after 9 years supporting an entrepreneur and small businesses owner.  Her roles have been many faceted and often utilise skills from her earlier career as Account Manager in a global marketing agency based in London.  Rosie is comfortable working with individuals, entrepreneurs, small businesses and larger corporations.  She is calm and organised, using her experience to good effect and always creating space to allow her clients to prosper and grow. 

Rosie is based in Gloucestershire. She joined the team in 2020.

Yasmin

Bookkeeper

Yasmin joins the SpareMyTime team having taken a career break to look after her children.  Yasmin’s previous work experience includes several years at EUROMIS S.A. (Metal Trading), a subsidiary of VITOL S.A. group. There she worked in two departments: accounting and trading.  She has experience in raising the following relevant documents: Invoice, Release orders to the warehouse, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificates of Origin, Analysis Certificate, Letter of credit as well as any other documents that may be required by the client such as TAX certificates. In her spare time Yasmin teaches Spanish online and she is undertaking her AAT as a refresher to return to work.

Yasmin is based in London. She joined the team in 2022.
