Amy has worked as a personal assistant for over 15 years in both corporate and private capacities. Past experience includes 10 years at The Walt Disney Company as the Executive Assistant to the President and 4 years as assistant to an UHNW family. She is calm, a great communicator and trustworthy, as well as having a great eye for detail, proficient problem solving and organisational skills.

Amy is a writer, editor and social media marketer. She has worked as a copywriter for over eight years, helping small businesses to grow their online presence with digital and email marketing campaigns, and blog content creation.
Amy is based in West Yorkshire.
Clemmie has a diverse skillset having worked across several industries including fashion & retail, media communications and finance. Before joining SpareMyTime she worked for a well-respected fashion start-up based in London, overseeing a number of projects for the brand. Her experience working as an account manager for a luxury travel PR firm means she is adept at working to tight deadlines and juggling several projects at a time. Attentive to her client’s needs, Clemmie is very focused on a proactive in her approach to work and loves taking on new challenges.
Clemmie is based in Switzerland but works to GMT. She joined the team in 2021.
Eithne gained a wealth of experience organising Corporate Roadshows for large businesses and their investors for 16 years in London & New York. Eithne is an astute organiser with the capacity to plan and prioritise tasks where necessary to achieve deadlines set. When she is not working Eithne enjoys strolls along the beach with family and her dog.

Fiona is a hard-working and innovative individual with over 10 years’ experience in executive assistant, managerial and administrative roles. Having worked in the Financial Services team at Korn Ferry, supporting the Commodities Practice, she is familiar with all elements of executive support and exposure to C-Suite. She is a consistent team player, capable of building strong relationships with others, while maintaining independence and the ability to work well alone. Fiona is energetic, patient and calm with a ‘can-do’ attitude and ability to hit the ground running.
Kate is a bright, personable & highly efficient project manager with a strong background in executive assistance within family office environments, blue chip companies & media agencies. Before joining SpareMyTime, Kate worked for a high-end property construction business in SW London where she managed a range of activities from property management and maintenance to negotiation and procurement, client liaison, coordination of teams and budget oversight.
Kate is currently based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire
Leigh-Anne joined SpareMyTime in 2020, has a wealth of experience working with small businesses and individuals and is highly skilled across several disciplines. She works actively both on client accounts and in the daily running of SpareMyTime. Leigh-Anne is very organised, creative and has a great eye for detail. Her aim is to leave her clients feeling calm and in control.
Leigh-Anne is based in London. She joined the team in 2020.
Lisa has worked for 18 years in the City at various Investment Banks working alongside traders in middle office operational roles. She decided to study AAT in her spare time as she loves numbers. Lisa is familiar with the strains that face small businesses and freelancers when juggling work and the operational demands of running finances.
Lizzie specialises in email marketing, bringing 15 years’ experience creating email campaigns for large and small companies including 10 years in the corporate world for travel and live entertainment brands including Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. Her skills include creating, writing and designing email templates and newsletters, building automated email campaigns, integrating email platforms with websites, analysing campaign results to make the next emails even better, and just about anything else marketing related.
Rosie joined SpareMyTime after 9 years supporting an entrepreneur and small businesses owner. Her roles have been many faceted and often utilise skills from her earlier career as Account Manager in a global marketing agency based in London. Rosie is comfortable working with individuals, entrepreneurs, small businesses and larger corporations. She is calm and organised, using her experience to good effect and always creating space to allow her clients to prosper and grow.
Rosie is based in Gloucestershire.
SpareMyTime was born in 2016, after Melissa realised that life with small children and a full-time executive career wasn’t for her. Something had to change, and that change was to pave the way for a business in its own right.
